Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday through Thursday. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. We don't ship over the weekend to avoid candles sitting in hot trucks and warehouses.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates given by the shipper. Wiggins & Co.  can not guarantee exact ship dates.
Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be send via email.

Shipping Damages
If your package is delivered with obvious damage - refuse to accept the package and notify us asap so we can start a claim and get a replacement package sent.

Should you accept the package and your items are damaged Wiggins & Co. 
is not responsible.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Wiggins & Co. does not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds. We will do our best to make your sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

As a courtesy we offer FREE samples as a way for our customers to "try before they buy"


If you experience an issue with your purchase notify us so we can resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Should you need to cancel your order it must be done within the processing window.
We can not cancel orders that have been shipped.

Order cancellation refunds take 3-10 days (credit issuers policy) to credit your payment method.
If your canceled order refund has not processed within the 10 days please notify us so we can take appropriate measures to resolve the issue.

Gift Card
Gift Cards are electronic cards received via e-mail.
A physical card will not be mailed.

Be sure to double check the recipients e-mail address the card is being sent to. Once the card has been sent the transaction can not be undone or refunded.
